YouTube has been owned by Google since late 2006.

12 Years a Slave based of a man called Solomon Northup in1853 is about a middle class man who was a great violin player, who went to Washington D.C to get kidnapped and sold to slavery. He worked at the plantations in Louisiana. He gets beaten, minimal food and hard labor.
